The ever changing face of British Vogue.
In 2026 we will be celebrating 100 years of VOGUE! Amazing!
I can hardly imagine a magazine as popular as it is being around for so long.
The latest vogue shows Cheryl Coles picture on the front looking all glamorous and polished. And although VOGUE has always been the fabulous fashion magazine it is today its faces have changed alot over the years.
Lets have a look and see...

Burberry's Theatre?
Burberry has a new retail theatre concept in which customers are able to buy live from the Spring/Summer 2011 Show. Now, when i first read this i was slightly pessimistic. Im not entirely sure why, it just sounded quite odd. But the more i think about it, its probably a good idea.
"We are really excited to be launching Burberry Retail Theatre enabling the first ever live simultaneous virtual trunk shows in our stores globally," Said the label's chief creative officer Christopher Bailey."This concept allows us to broadcast our multi faceted content all over the world, directly to our stores, creating a modern and pure brand environment. Customers at the exclusive in-store digital events will experience the clothes, the music, the energy and the atmosphere in real time and have the unique opportunity to receive their orders in just seven weeks."
The new retail theatre will broadcast the label spring/summer 2011 show directly into 25 worldwide flagship stores on September 21. Following the private viewing, customers will be able to browse the collection on iPads where they can buy pieces directly. - Modern technology ay!

This is England '86
I'm not a TV maniac but i do have my shows i follow religiously, such as Eastenders, Ugly Betty & Waterloo Rd. But i now have a new favourite programme i have to add to my list of great entertainment. THIS IS ENGLAND '86. Although i didnt watch the old 83' series which was made in 2006 im hearing it was good, Directed by Shane Meadows it was an inside and fun look into the Skin head culture in England. The elements of black culture especially when concerning black music is what splits Skinheads apart. Now a few years later the series is back onto our screens. The mixture of 80's reggae and soul sound track and the grunge skinhead style of the show really pulls it together and makes it intresting. As the series continues you'll hear more from me.

What's New?
Hot Off The Press!
We all know that Levi's are the classic, gorgeous and best jeans! We all want a pair but know they're making it a whole lot easier with there brand new line 'CURVE ID' The point of them is less about the sizes of a women's bodies and more about the shape.
Last night Levi's held a launch party in London Alexa Chung, Pixie Geldof and Florence Welch topped our best dressed list.

Im not shy to admit my love for Alexa Chung.

Betty's Got it.
If your a fan you'll already know the new series of Ugly Betty has started a few weeks ago. I personally am a BIG BIG fan. Not just because it is has a great story and America Ferrera plays the part excellently! But because she has my dream job.
Although in the show Betty is always being slagged off for her... unusual wardrobe choices. How is it UglyBetty was on the 'Ankle Socks & Heels' trend before prada?

Im so lazy.
I hav'nt posted anything half descent in a long long time. I was considering writing a piece about Alexa chung and various things which relate. I then realised that would be really boring and a waste of time and the only reason i even considered doing it is because i have some big girl crush on her. I needed some kind of inspiration so i turned to the magazine i had send from London College of Fashion. I read a particularly interesting article about different ways of living in London. But i couldn't exactly steal it, well i could of but i would of feel kinda bad.
Then i thought about the fact i usually post some photography i like. But thats not really enough though isit? So when i click clicked onto Vogue.com today i seen they done something about the wondeful Corrine Day...
I know its lame but im watching BigBrother so i'll get back to you if i come up with something.
Whats is caljavascript:void(0)led? Writers block?
